dusty surfacesunwelcoming staff
i encountered a rather dusty room, particularly on the glass surfaces. i also found some crumbs on the carpet, not ideal. the experience wasnt the same quality i expect. the staff at the bar were not cute, and they even laughed at us, because we asked for room service. the hotel does not offer this service.

the hotel offered a welcome drink upon arrival, a nice touch after traveling. i found handy lights underneath the bed, which activated when i got up during the night. the staff was super friendly and cute, which contributed to excellent service .
i noticed toothpaste stains on the sink in the bathroom.

West quay shopping centre was right next door. It provided many dining and shopping options. walking to the older part of the city was also easy. its location was convenient for various activities and needs.

Breakfast had fresh and varied choices. I found it plentiful and satisfying. the bar offered a good selection of drinks. onsite parking was available, but parking was also accessible at the adjacent shopping center.
